Bases do Pensamento Lean

Segundo MORAROS et al (2016), o Lean Enterprise Institute aponta como princípios do Pensamento Lean:

1.      specify value from the standpoint of the customer,
2.      identify all the steps in the value stream and eliminate steps that do not create value,
3.      make the steps flow smoothly toward the customer,
4.      let customers pull value from the next upstream activity

5.      and begin the process again until a state of perfection is reached.
